I pride myself on high quality hand made items, no two are ever the same. I've been sewing for over 15 years now, everything from costumes to plush toys. I've won various awards for the costumes I make and wear, a few including Best Craftsmanship.

I try my best to make my customers happy, but please read through all my polices before ordering. If you have any questions about shipping, time, custom orders, or ANYTHING please please e-mail me; commission@serenity-sama.com before you purchase and pay for something or I might not be able to help you.

In the event the item is damaged in the mail the buyer must pay return shipping. The item will be repaired and send back. In the event it cannot be repaired, a new one will be sent to you.

In stock orders are shipped every Friday.  Orders must be made by 11:00AM EDT to be mailed the same Friday. Please see shop header/annoucement for current processing time for pre-order items.

 

All items are sent by USPS through first class or first class international mail.

 

If you need something by a certain date, please purchase it AT LEAST 1 week in advance for domestic orders, 3 weeks for international.

For busy postal times such as Christmas and other holidays, please purchase items AT LEAST 4 weeks before the date needed for international orders, 2 weeks for domestic.

Please make sure the address you have on your information is your correct shipping address! If it is not I am not held responsible for your package getting to it's destination.
