In the event the item is damaged in the mail the buyer must pay return shipping. The item will be repaired and send back. In the event it cannot be repaired, a new one will be sent to you.In stock orders are shipped every Friday. Orders must be made by 11:00AM EDT to be mailed the same Friday. Please see shop header/annoucement for current processing time for pre-order items.
All items are sent by USPS through first class or first class international mail.
If you need something by a certain date, please purchase it AT LEAST 1 week in advance for domestic orders, 3 weeks for international.
For busy postal times such as Christmas and other holidays, please purchase items AT LEAST 4 weeks before the date needed for international orders, 2 weeks for domestic.
