Hand made Lilith keychain plush from Darkstalkers. She is about 6.5 inches tall without her bat ears, made of minky, suede and felt with an embroidered face and custom printed body. All four of her bat wings have wire in them for posing. She has a ribbon loop and keychain part to hang from.
